2011 BCABBA AGM

Location: Inn at the Quay, New Westminster
We will be holding the AGM at the end of year. This will allow us to talk about the entire season of shows, including the national level events. It will also be after the CBBF AGM, which will allow the executive to report back after the meeting of any changes made at the CBBF level.

BCABBA 2010 Annual General Meeting Minutes
BCABBA Elections
Elections for the volunteer positions of President, Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer will be held every two years at the Annual General Meeting, unless otherwise instructed by the CBBF.
Voting years are: 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 etc.
Please note:
1. Competitive BCABBA members of at least four months prior to the election may vote.
2. BCABBA members may vote at the AGM or by proxy form. Request proxies by email to HERE.
3. BCABBA members in good standing for at least two years may run for any of the three positions. Notify the association of your intention
to run four weeks prior to the elections.
