Please fill out the form, print it off and send it along with payment to the address on the form.
PLEASE NOTE the following information:
- You must be a current member to enter a BCABBA event, but both membership application and
entry form may be sent in together.
- Memberships run from January to December each year.
- As of the 2011 AGM, members voted to increase the late fee to $200. If an athlete enters after the 4 week out deadline, the late fee charge will be required in addition to the regular entry fee. This is to AVOID LATE ENTRIES into the the event for the sake of the BCABBA administration and the Promoter's
preparation for the event.
- At the 2011 AGM members also voted to create a one week out final deadline. All entries must be received no later than one week out from the event. After one week out, no athletes will be allowed to enter the competitions. This is to avoid last minute entries which slow down the athlete's meeting and
affect all the athletes waiting to compete.
